Senior Team
Andy Nunn, Director
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Andy has over 20 years experience in delivering cost and management consultancy services to large FTSE 100 clients. With experience of all sectors Andy has particular specialist expertise within retail having worked with many of the large food and high street retailers including Tesco, Morrisons and Marks and Spencer working on projects and programmes ranging from £100k to £550m.
Giles Witheat, Director
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Giles has over 15 years experience in delivering cost and management consultancy services to large FTSE 100 companies and niche clients. With experience across all sectors in the industry, Giles has gained valuable experience and transferable skills. Giles has worked with a large range of clients, some of which include, Tesco, Morrisons, Anglian Water, Citibank, HSBC, O2, The Orange Partnership, V&A Museum, Tate Britain, Wembley National Stadium Ltd, URS Corp and Australian Government. Giles has delivered projects ranging from £100k to £750m.
Yusoff Ghaznavi, Director
Yusoff has 16 years’ experience working primarily supporting and delivering Clients requirements within the private and public sectors. His sector specialisms include commercial, retail and end user requirements, with this experience successfully adapted and applied to Public sector clients. Yusoff has successfully delivered Cost Management and Employers Agent services on bespoke projects and rollout programmes. Project Values range from £1m to £250m, with the majority of these larger projects requiring multi-headed Clients/Stakeholders. Yusoff’s key strengths are focused around the key pre-contract period, testing commercial drivers, from inception to contract award.
David Cadman, Associate Director
David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, with 22 years experience, in delivering employers agent, cost and project management consultancy services to private and public clients. David has gained a wide range of experience and transferable skills across most of the industry sectors, specializing on commercial, industrial and retail. Some of David’s public clients include Morrisons and Tesco with project values ranging from £50,000 to £420 Million
Piers Hunter, Associate Director
Piers is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 15 years experience. During this time Piers has gained extensive experience whilst working at 2 leading global cost management practises prior to joining MAC. His experience extends across a number of sectors such as commercial, retail, rail and infrastructure. Past clients include Microsoft, Bank of America, Sainsbury's, Tesco and London Underground. Piers has delivered programmes and schemes ranging in value from £150,000 to £300m.
David Williams, Associate Director
David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years experience across a diverse
collection of projects ranging between £250k and £180m. David has experience in most sectors and specialises in Retail, Commercial, Arts, Leisure and Heritage. David’s clients have included Siemens, Transport for London, Tate, National Maritime Museum, Morgan Stanley, Hull City Council, Natural History Museum, Tesco, Budgens and Somerfield.
